THE owner of a jewellery shop in Alhaurin de la Torre made two armed robbers flee after telling them that her husband had activated the alarm and that the police were on their way.

The two men entered the shop wearing motorbike helmets and pointed guns at the woman while telling her to hand over the money and valuable objects in the shop.

They escaped on a motorbike which was parked outside.
